The replacement and return policy
The policy has been put in place to achieve the highest levels of transparency and credibility with the customer. Therefore, what is mentioned below is binding on the merchant and the customer according to the requirements of the Ministry of Commerce.
Spare parts sold as part of a device cannot be returned or exchanged.
The store bears the cost of return if the product arrives incorrectly, and the customer is sent the matching part. If it is not available, the amount is refunded.
When the product arrives damaged, the store bears the cost of sending a new piece. Damage here means breaking the product or inability to use it or perform the tasks it was manufactured for.
Order cancellation after payment is not possible.
The store is obliged to provide a description similar to what will arrive and a picture showing the part, color, and shape of the product. If it differs, the store bears the return costs and sends a similar one.
Delivery time is 3-7 working days at most, and during holidays or Ramadan, up to 10 days.
